During his 25 years tenure as a practicing advocate and solicitor, he
had the opportunity to provide a wide range of services to his clients
including corporate work, conveyancing and litigation matters, both civil
commercial and criminal litigation.
He is also familiar with the preparation of all types of conveyancing agreements, commercial documents and instruments and banking security documents for various classes of clients. Since year 2008, he has been appointed as the Registered Trademark Agent by the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MYIPO) and has assisted various client from SME to Multi National Corporation to successfully register their IP matters in both local and international arena. In year 2017, Dato’ Yee Fei Churn, Davis has been officially appointed by the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) which is under the purview of the Prime Minister Department as its legal counsels for various corporate matters between the private and public organizations.
